1 Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and tt8 ("Platform", "We", or "tt8"). Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at tt8 at any one time. Members must ensure their payment account details are accurate and up to date. tt8 is not liable for any withdrawal delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the member.

Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–30 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and 1–3 hours for FPX bank transfers. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security verification requirements.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
